1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set out the conditions for purchasing goods and digital content from the Rhetoric Academy online store.
1.2. Seller – VšĮ Retorikos Akademija, legal entity code 305271414, address: J. Basanavičiaus St. 29A-34, Vilnius, Lithuania, email: donaldas@retorikosakademija.com, tel. +370 616 36 777.
1.3. Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods or digital content.
1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement
2.1. The agreement is considered concluded once the Buyer has paid for the order.
2.2. The order will only be processed once full payment has been received.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are stated in euros (EUR).
3.2. The Seller is not a VAT payer; therefore, VAT is not applied to the prices.
3.3. Payment methods:
payment card;
Apple Pay;
Google Pay;
PayPal.
3.4. Payments are processed using the Stripe payment platform.
4. Digital Content (Online Courses)
4.1. After purchasing an online course, access is provided on the same day following payment.
4.2. Access period:
30 days (1 month); or
180 days (6 months),
depending on the option selected at the time of purchase.
4.3. The Buyer is prohibited from:
sharing login credentials;
copying, distributing, or otherwise transferring the training content to third parties.
4.4. In the event of a breach of these Terms, access may be suspended immediately without a refund.
5. Book Delivery
5.1. Books are delivered via parcel lockers in Lithuania.
5.2. The order will be sent to the parcel locker closest to the address provided by the Buyer.
5.3. Delivery time:
dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment.
5.4. Delivery fee:
EUR 2.50;
free delivery for orders of EUR 40 or more.

6. Unclaimed Parcels
6.1. The Buyer is responsible for collecting the parcel on time.
6.2. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to the Seller:
reshipment costs shall be covered by the Buyer;
exceptions may be made only where there are justified reasons provided in writing.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. Online Courses
7.1.1. Payments for online courses are non-refundable.
7.1.2. An exception applies only if:
unresolved technical problems occur;
these problems prevent the Buyer from accessing or using the course;
the problem is confirmed in writing by the Seller.
7.1.3. If the case is approved, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.
7.2. Books
7.2.1. Books cannot be returned.
7.2.2. An exception applies if:
the product is defective;
the product is visibly damaged.

8. Invoices
8.1. Invoices are issued upon the Buyer’s request.

9. Discounts and Special Offers
9.1. The Seller may offer discounts and special promotions.
9.2. Discount codes may be provided to:
newsletter subscribers;
loyal customers;
competition participants.
9.3. Discount codes:
cannot be combined unless otherwise stated;
are valid for a limited period.
10. Liability
10.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
10.2. The Seller is not responsible for:
delivery delays caused by couriers or parcel locker operators;
disruptions caused by third-party systems.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
