2.2. Some services are provided individually, based on a separate agreement between the customer and Rhetoric Academy.
3. Purchasing and Contract Formation
3.1. Customers may purchase:

3.2. A purchase agreement is considered concluded:

5. Service Provision Terms
5.1. Online Courses
Access is provided immediately after payment
Access is available for:
30 days (1 month), or
180 days (6 months), depending on the option selected
5.2. Other Services
The timing and terms of training, consultations, and therapeutic sessions are agreed individually.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1. Online Courses
6.1.1. Purchased courses are non-refundable.
6.1.2. An exception applies only if:
technical problems arise,
these problems prevent the customer from accessing or using the course, and
the problems cannot be resolved.
6.1.3. In such cases:
the customer must notify Rhetoric Academy by email at donaldas@retorikosakademija.com and await written confirmation regarding the cancellation of the course and refund.
6.1.4. Once the problem has been confirmed:
the refund will be issued within 5 business days to the customer’s specified account or the original payment account.
6.2. Books
6.2.1. Books are non-refundable.
6.2.2. An exception applies only if:
the product is defective, or
the product has been damaged.
6.2.3. In such cases, the same refund procedure as for online courses applies.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. All information provided is for educational purposes only.
7.2. Rhetoric Academy is not responsible for:
individual results;
business, career, or personal decisions made based on the information provided.
7.3. The website operator is not liable for any damage or losses arising from the use of document templates or other information provided on the website. The user is responsible for adapting the content to their individual circumstances.
