Basics and Practice of Breathing Meditation Online
Discover Peace, Health, and Creative Energy
Just a few minutes of breathing meditation can fundamentally change how you feel, bring clarity, peace, and help you see deeper life goals.
What is meditation?
Meditation is a calm mind returning to the present moment. It is a state where expectations, doubts, or anxiety about the future disappear. It is the mind returning to the source. The deeper we rest, the more we are able to act. While deep rest and active engagement may seem like opposites, they complement each other.
Meditation is not an action – it is the art of doing nothing. It allows for deeper rest than sleep because during meditation we let go of past grievances and future plans, and the whole being opens to the present moment.
We often still hear the myth: “business and meditation don’t go together.” In reality, it’s the opposite – meditation supports business. A calm mind, health, and creative energy become a source of new ideas and solutions, essential in both personal and professional life.
In this introductory–practical program, you will not only learn about the essence of breathing meditation but also experience its effect yourself through live practices.

unconsciously (automatic breathing that sustains life),
consciously (controlled breathing that helps unlock human potential).
Conscious breathing and breathing meditation are among the simplest yet most effective methods to relax, manage stress, prevent burnout, and find inner balance.
